General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gte99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of all services provided through gte99.net. The Agreement includes, by reference, the gte99 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time. All referenced documents form part of this Agreement and must be read together with these Terms & Conditions.

The gte99 platform provides online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, and associated payment and account management services. All services are provided solely for entertainment purposes to eligible adult users. gte99 does not provide financial advice, investment services, or any guarantee of financial return. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer outcomes — results are inherently uncertain and past outcomes do not predict or influence future results.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being produced for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict. The effective date of this Agreement is stated at the top of this page. gte99 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time — see Section 10 (Amendments) for the notification and acceptance process.

Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the gte99 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account or using any gte99 service, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform.

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. gte99 is strictly an adult platform. Players under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, deposit funds, participate in any game or betting market, or claim any bonus or promotional offer. gte99 conducts mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process prior to authorising any withdrawal.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing gte99 from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of gte99 is lawful in your location. gte99 does not provide legal advice regarding the lawfulness of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
3. Single Account Policy: Each individual player may hold only one registered account on gte99. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending bonuses or winnings derived from bonus activity.
4. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.
5. Personal Use Only: Your gte99 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other individual to access or use your account, nor may you use another individual's account. Acting on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
6. Not a Professional Advantage Player: gte99 reserves the right to restrict or close accounts of players who are identified as engaging in systematic advantage play, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers or game mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gaming.

Account Obligations

As a registered gte99 member, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to the management and security of your account.

• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gte99 Login credentials. gte99 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other website or service. You must notify gte99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account Security: gte99 offers SMS OTP two-factor authentication for all accounts — you are strongly encouraged to activate this feature. gte99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Keeping Details Updated: You must keep your registered contact details — email address, mobile number, and payment method details — accurate and up to date at all times. Outdated contact information may delay account verification, withdrawal processing, or important security notifications.
• No Account Sharing: You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Account sharing, including between family members living at the same address, is prohibited. Each household may maintain only one active gte99 account.
• Device Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your device is free from malware and unauthorised access. gte99 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of malware, keyloggers, or unauthorised use of a shared or infected device.
• Notification of Errors: If you discover an error in your account balance, transaction history, or game outcome, you must notify gte99 support promptly. gte99 reserves the right to correct any such errors and may recover funds credited to your account as a result of a technical malfunction or human error.
• Compliance with Platform Rules: You agree to comply with all platform rules, game-specific rules, and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or betting markets. Violation of platform rules may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, or permanent closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

gte99 supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all payment transactions on the gte99 platform.

1. Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
2. Withdrawal Eligibility: Before processing any withdrawal, gte99 requires successful completion of the KYC identity verification process. KYC documents must be submitted and approved before a player's first withdrawal can be authorised. Accepted documents include National ID (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
3. Withdrawal to Same Method: gte99 applies an anti-money-laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be processed back to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit where technically possible. gte99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4. Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times stated above are estimates and begin after KYC verification is complete. During periods of high transaction volume, processing times may be extended. gte99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
5. Dormant Account Funds: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. gte99 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month after the dormancy period has elapsed, until the account balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in and completing at least one qualifying transaction.
6. Currency: All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gte99 does not operate in foreign currencies. Players attempting to deposit via foreign-currency card accounts may be subject to currency conversion charges applied by their card issuer — gte99 is not responsible for such charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

gte99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, and other major cricket events. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: New gte99 members are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositing members only. Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting withdrawal will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward meeting bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirements at all.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated period will be automatically removed from the player's account, along with any bonus-derived winnings. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse Prevention: gte99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close any account where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, collusion, and use of automated betting scripts.
• Promotional Changes: gte99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change, unless the modification is required to prevent ongoing abuse or fraud.
• 18+ and Responsible Gaming: All promotions are available to players aged 18 and above only. Players who have activated self-exclusion or cooling-off features on their accounts are not eligible to receive or use promotional bonuses during the exclusion period.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

gte99 is committed to providing a fair, honest, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered players. To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all users, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on gte99.

gte99 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, to temporarily suspend account access pending investigation, and to take permanent action — including account closure and forfeiture of balance — where prohibited conduct is confirmed. gte99's determination in fair play investigations is final.

Account Suspension & Closure

gte99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.

1. Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6, may result in immediate account suspension and permanent closure without prior notice.
2. Failed KYC Verification: If a player is unable to satisfactorily complete the KYC identity and age verification process within the required timeframe, gte99 reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold pending withdrawals until verification is resolved or the account is closed.
3. Fraud or Money Laundering Suspicion: Where gte99's AML monitoring systems identify suspicious transaction patterns, gte99 may immediately suspend account access and freeze funds pending investigation. gte99 is obligated to report confirmed cases to the relevant authorities and may be prevented by law from disclosing the details of such reports to the account holder.
4. Self-Exclusion: Players who activate the permanent self-exclusion feature will have their accounts closed immediately and irreversibly. See Section 8 (Responsible Gaming) for full details of self-exclusion procedures.
5. Voluntary Closure: Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting gte99 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within five business days, subject to all outstanding wagering requirements being assessed and any bonus funds removed.
6. Dormancy: As described in Section 4, accounts inactive for 12 or more consecutive months are classified as dormant and subject to monthly administration fees. gte99 reserves the right to close dormant accounts with a zero balance without further notice.

Responsible Gaming

gte99 is committed to the wellbeing of all players. Online gaming is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity for adults. gte99 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to help players manage their gaming activity. • Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Reminders: gte99 sends automatic session duration reminders at 30, 60, and 90 minutes of continuous play. Players may set custom session time limits in their account settings.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may activate a temporary break from gambling of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the player's account is suspended and no deposits, wagering, or bonus claims may be made. The cooling-off period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the gte99 platform at any time. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible — once activated, the account is closed permanently and cannot be reopened under any circumstances. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts on gte99; any such accounts will be closed immediately upon identification.
• Reality Checks: The gte99 platform displays net session win/loss information to players during active gaming sessions to help maintain awareness of gameplay activity and expenditure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gte99 excludes all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the gte99 platform, including but not limited to the following circumstances.

1. Service Availability: gte99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party outages, force majeure events, or regulatory requirements may result in temporary unavailability of services. gte99 will not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions where reasonable steps to minimise disruption have been taken.
2. Gaming Outcomes: All game outcomes on gte99 are determined by certified RNG technology or live dealer results. gte99 does not guarantee any particular outcome. Player losses from genuine, properly conducted gameplay are not refundable. By participating in games on gte99, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money.
3. Third-Party Services: gte99 integrates third-party services including game content from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, as well as payment processing via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. gte99 is not liable for failures, errors, or delays caused by these third-party providers, except where gte99 has direct contractual responsibility for the relevant service.
4. Unauthorised Account Access: gte99 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the unauthorised access resulted from the player's failure to maintain adequate password security, device security, or where the player shared their login credentials with another person.
5. Telecommunications: gte99 is not liable for failures in internet connectivity, mobile network coverage, or telecommunications infrastructure that prevent or disrupt access to the platform. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before initiating gameplay or financial transactions.
6. Maximum Liability Cap: Where gte99 is found to be liable to a player for any reason under this Agreement, gte99's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player to their gte99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments & Governing Law

gte99 reserves the right to am end, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gte99 will notify registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Minor clarifications and non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication on gte99.net without prior notice.

1. Notification of Changes: Material amendments to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated to registered players by email and/or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the gte99 platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at gte99.net/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated at the top of the document.
2. Acceptance of Amendments: Your continued use of the gte99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 7 before the amendment takes effect.
3. Version History: gte99 maintains an internal record of all previous versions of these Terms & Conditions. Players who wish to review a prior version for dispute resolution purposes may request a copy by contacting [email protected] with the relevant effective date.
4. Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Agreement if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
5. Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the gte99 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and gte99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
6. Waiver: gte99's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions on any given occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. gte99 reserves the right to enforce any provision at any future time.
7. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through gte99's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. gte99's internal complaints procedure requires players to submit a written complaint to [email protected] before initiating any formal dispute process. gte99 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days.
